ISMA registered stress management practitioners run all the National Stress Awareness Day (NSAD), Stress Awareness Month (NSAM) events on a volunteer basis, although donations are welcome , enabling us to run bigger and better events for organisations that have an interest in stress and stress reduction
Our aim is to develop greater understanding about stress nationwide and to offer access to the many proven coping strategies and sources of help available to individuals and organisations who want to reduce the harmful outcomes of excessive pressure. Excessive pressure restricts our ability to cope and our ability to enjoy life and is a serious issue in today's society.
ISMA organizes National Stress Awareness Day (NSAD) event on first Wednesday of November and Stress Awareness Month (SAM) throughout April Month.
